How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends. For out-of-stock or customized products, please allow 4-6 days for dispatch.

- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, our express shipping option usually takes 5-8 days to arrive. Depending on your location, we utilize FedEx, UPS, or DHL to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
We strive to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Additionally, the delivery time might be affected by your location and customs clearance processes.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped, which typically happens within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends), we update tracking numbers every three days. Therefore, if you haven't received your tracking number yet, it's likely to be sent to you shortly.
