The product came in great and I loved it the only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because it took for than 2 weeks to arrive and I was told it should take less than 1. Also I didn’t know if I had any say in the pose of the Pokémon but if I did I would’ve asked for a specific pose. Overall love the product and not annoyed with the time since I ordered a custom design. Definitely would buy again and recommend

Thank you for your lovely review! I'm sorry the shipping time didn't meet your expectations. Adding customisation like a custom engraving is a lengthy manual process for us as we create new moulds that have to be sandblasted onto the Pokeball, which takes us several extra days to complete.
